William L. Jasper
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jasper has been the President and CEO of Unifi since September 2007. Prior to this appointment, he served as Unifi's Vice President of Sales and before that was the General Manager of the polyester segment, having responsibility for all polyester businesses. He joined the company with the purchase of Kinston polyester POY assets from INVISTA in September 2004. Prior to joining Unifi, Mr. Jasper was the Director of INVISTA's DACRON® polyester filament business. Before working at INVISTA, he held various management positions in operations, technology, sales and business for DuPont since 1980. In September 2007, Jasper became a member of Unifi's Board of Directors and the Company's Executive Committee.
R. Roger Berrier, Jr.
Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Asian Operations
Since September 2007, Mr. Berrier has served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Asian Operations. Prior to this position, he was responsible for Corporate Product Development, Marketing and Brand Sales, serving as Unifi's Vice President of Commercial Operations. Mr. Berrier joined the company in 1991 and has held various management positions within international operations, machinery technology, research and development and quality control. Since September, 2007, Berrier has been a member of Unifi's Board of Directors and the Company's Executive Committee.
Ronald L. Smith
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Smith has held the position of Vice President and CFO for Unifi since October 2007. He was appointed Vice President of Finance and Treasurer in September 2007. Mr. Smith joined Unifi in November of 1994 and has held positions as Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, Director of Business Development and Corporate Strategy and most recently Treasurer with additional responsibilities in Investor Relations.
Thomas H. Caudle, Jr.
Vice President of Manufacturing
Mr. Caudle has been the Vice President of Manufacturing since October 2006. He served as Vice President of Global Operations from April 2003 until this appointment. Prior to April 2003, Mr. Caudle had been Senior Vice President in charge of manufacturing for Unifi since July 2000 and Vice President of Manufacturing Services since January 1999. Caudle has been an employee of the Company since 1982.
Charles F. McCoy
Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel
Mr. McCoy joined Unifi in January 2000 as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel. He has served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Unifi since October 2000. Prior to this appointment, Mr. McCoy was the Corporate Compliance Officer since 2002 and the Corporate Governance Officer since 2004.
